At Stylencollections (https://stylencollections.com), customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the nature of our products (handcrafted, textile, sarees, bedsheets, garments), we follow a No Return and No Refund Policy.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

General Policy

  • All sales on Stylencollections are final.
  • Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
  • Returns or refunds are not provided for reasons such as:
    • Change of mind
    • Wrong size selection
    • Color preference or mismatch perception
    • Ordering the wrong product

Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Products

Stylencollections considers limited exceptions only in the following cases:

  1. Damaged products: Products received with visible damage during shipping.
  2. Incorrect product: Products received that do not match the item ordered.

Conditions for reporting:

  • Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
  • You must provide clear photographs or a video showing the damage or discrepancy.
  • All packaging, tags, and labels must be preserved until verification is complete.

Note: Approval for replacement is at the sole discretion of Stylencollections. Refunds are not provided; only replacements may be offered.

How to Request a Replacement

If you qualify for a replacement:

Shipping Charges

Product Disclaimer

  • Minor variations in color, design, texture, or print due to photography, lighting, screen resolution, or the handmade nature of products are not considered defects.
  • Such variations do not qualify for replacements or refunds.

Liability

  • Stylencollections shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of products.
  • Our maximum liability, in the rare case of a valid replacement, is limited to the value of the purchased product.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • This policy is governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
